The date, time, battery, and wifi symbols disappear from the top of the screen, and the app freezes and you can’t load the video, or click on anything else in the app. It’s very frustrating, so I’m dropping another star.Įdited original review: For longer than two weeks, I haven’t been able to use this app, because if I download something to watch and tap it to play, it just freezes everything and the app has to be shut down.
That’s iPad minis and iPad Pro 10.5” all freeze on trying to use the download feature. I’ve heard nothing from the developer again now, and none of the devices in my house will work with the download feature now. However, it’s been at least a week more, probably longer, and still the issue persists.
After finally contacting me back, they assured me they were working on the problem. Update: It’s been a while since I wrote this original review, which was the only thing that got the developers’ attention.
